We are experts in offshore structuring, entities and property in overseas jurisdictions. Our clients use international development finance to progress their projects with full financial and business support. We can offer multi-jurisdictional loans and bridging finance when the loan capital won’t be deployed in the same country as the asset.

We are happy to assist in high-value loans against international real estate. There are no restrictions on where we can facilitate lending. Our loans start at £1 million, but we have no hard upper limit. Even in non-standard international loans (lending to a structure or using an asset as security that is owned by a structure for example), we can deliver.
